These connectors feature an internal slanted surface structure and a built-in spring mechanism, primarily composed of two core components: the Pogo Pin and the housing, assembled with precision molds and specialized equipment. The Pogo Pin's tip usually has a slanted surface structure, which ensures that during operation, the lateral force generated by the slanted surface and spring contact maintains a stable contact force between the pinhead and the inner wall of the pin tube.
